Refund/Exchange Policy

Each order and item is double checked to make sure it's being received with the best quality. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product to us for a full refund or exchange for an item that is of equal or lesser value. Please see below for more information.  

Returns

All returns must be in their original packaging & unused. Any defects or dissatisfactions must be provided via email within 24 hours of receiving your order for the policy to be valid. If your order arrives defective or damaged during shipping, a full refund will be issued. In all other cases, only the amount of the order will be refunded back - excluding shipping & the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Buyer may ship back the item using the carrier of their choice. Obtaining a tracking number is highly recommended. If local, shipping is not required.

To return an item please email us at [email protected] or use the CONTACT button at the top of the website. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 24 hours of receiving the item/order back. Return confirmation email will be provided.
